I, Christian Gruber, and my team are looking forward to welcoming you. Come and enjoy the best regional dishes and our warm hospitality. Enjoyment takes centre stage here and you can feel it in every bite.

In our self-service restaurant, you can quickly and easily fortify yourself with delicious food. Whether you're looking for a small snack between meals, regional specialities or trendy dishes for the whole family - we have something for everyone.

I would particularly like to recommend a few of my personal highlights: our savoury pasta, the traditional cheese spaetzle and the Gommer cholera, fresh from the oven. Our popular mountain burgers are also always a good choice - whether it's a classic beef burger or a crispy chicken burger, there's something for everyone.

You can enjoy all this on our sun terrace while admiring the magnificent view of the Aletsch Arena mountains.

Winter Only: Chicken grill in front of the Alpenlodge Kühboden

This winter, our new chicken grill awaits you in front of the Alpenlodge Kühboden restaurant on the Fiescheralp, perfect for a quick bite between ski runs.
Please note: the chicken grill is only open on nice and busy days and is designed as a standing snack bar. Come by, enjoy the sunshine, and recharge for your ski day with us in the Aletsch Arena.
