Technical enduro classic with lots of flow, many roots – and many meters of altitude. For all who like it raw.

You start comfortably at Riederalp through the car-free mountain village. Then you shift gears: The Riederalp Enduro Trail plunges straight into the mountain forest – marked in red, natural and requiring good grip.

The first section stretches steeply and windingly through rooty passages – exactly what enduro fans love. In the middle, you enter Goppisberg: historic village center, short stop possible (self-service restaurant with snacks).

Then you cross the slope towards Greich, where a longer section on gravel roads awaits you – good for a break before it gets serious again on the Riederalp Enduro Trail.

From Schwäristadel, it’s back fully on the trail: tight, technical, rocky – your riding skills count. After the Breite neighborhood, you roll relaxed on asphalt the last meters to Mörel – take the train, go up, next trail in the Aletsch Arena.

Highlights:

  • 100% natural trail enjoyment in the mountain forest of the Aletsch Arena
  • Root carpets & stone lines in alternation
  • Refreshment spot in Goppisberg
  • Enduro trail with many meters of descent without artificial elements

Trail signage: Follow the red signposts with the white biker symbol as well as the black sticker with the abbreviation RIT – this stands for the Riederalp Enduro Trail.

Note: At the trail start and at changes between different difficulty levels, the corresponding difficulty level is marked each time.

Important: Respect for hikers & nature in the Aletsch Arena – ride with attitude.
